Download the Panel

Click the download button above to save the SubclipIt.avpi file to your computer.

Locate Avid Panel Folder

Navigate to your Avid Media Composer panel folder:

• Windows: C:\\Users\\[Username]\\AppData\\Roaming\\Avid\\Avid Media Composer\\Panels\\
• macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Avid/PanelSDKPlugins

Install the Panel

Copy the SubclipIt folder to the Panels directory.

Load in Media Composer

In Media Composer, go to Menu > Tools > SubclipIt to load the panel.

If the panel does not appear under the Tools menu

• Open Terminal.
• Type pkill -f avid-api-gateway and press Enter.
• Open Avid Media Composer.
• Open the Console by pressing cmd+6.
• Type panelsdk reinit and press Enter.
• Go to the Tools menu; you should now see the SubclipIt panel.
